By engaging any service offered by Labuan Gateways, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all terms stated herein. Once an engagement begins, it is considered final and non-cancellable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Labuan Gateways.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to consultation fees, setup fees, service retainers, administrative charges or third-party costs. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind, project delays, regulatory shifts or personal circumstances. Once payment is made, the responsibility lies fully with the client to proceed or not.
Our role is to provide structure, expertise and execution aligned with your selected service. While we operate with discipline and clarity, outcomes may vary due to external factors (e.g. market conditions, legal changes, third-party delays). Labuan Gateways does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. By engaging us, you acknowledge and accept this operational reality.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to:
Provide clear, truthful and timely information;
Follow agreed timelines;
Understand the risks and legalities tied to your chosen jurisdiction or service scope.
Failure to cooperate or delays from the client’s side will not shift accountability to Labuan Gateways. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services with no refund if cooperation standards are not met.
All frameworks, documents, tools, SOPs, strategies and templates used or provided by Labuan Gateways remain our intellectual property. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute or reuse them outside the intended scope. Any breach may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality, but we reserve the right to share anonymised project data internally for improvement purposes.
All prices quoted are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Changes in scope will incur additional charges, to be approved in writing before proceeding. Unauthorised scope expansion may result in automatic service suspension.
This agreement and all engagements are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from service engagements will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Labuan Gateways reserves the full right to reject or terminate any engagement at its sole discretion if it deems the project unfit, unethical, legally risky or misaligned with our operational standards. No refund will be issued under such grounds.
By using our services, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Labuan Gateways, its directors, affiliates and team from any claims, liabilities, losses or legal issues arising from your use of our services.
